| Liberty Excess & Surplus, Inc was Incorporated and licensed in Pennsylvania in 1994. Since that time we have obtained Surplus Lines Licenses for the States of New Jersey, Delaware and New York. We are actively seeking licenses in additional States in order to better serve our agents and brokers. |

| We have binding contracts with A+ Rated carriers in-house allowing us the ability to quote and bind risks quickly. In addition, we have brokerage contracts with A+ Rated carriers whose usual response time is approximately 48 hours. |

| Classes of business written consists of a long list of Excess & Surplus business. Standard business also can be written with Admitted Markets whom we have obtained binding contracts with. BOP's are available. Specialty Classes include the following: Restaurants, Taverns, Bars, Pizza Parlors (Special Program - General Liability written on Square footage basis), Habitational Risk - i.e. Apartments and Condominiums. |

| Our underwriters are available via phone, email or fax to answer your questions on any risk. We specialize in difficult to place risks and have an appetite and thirst for Restaurants and Bars and will provide you with the most competitive premiums and broadest coverage available for your clients. All risks will be considered and quotes will be provided in a timely fashion. We have been providing coverage for small pizza parlors and large fine dining restaurants as well as neighborhood taverns and bars with Admitted and Non-Admitted carriers both. Liquor Liability and Assault & Battery coverage available for all risks. |
